What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my QA, AI regression, localization, and defect-triage experience in a technology environment where I can improve product quality, support cross-functional teams, and mentor fellow testers.

At Accenture, I test iOS applications and hardware devices through multi-device regression, pre-production validation, AI regression, and localization testing. I maintain a consistent 100% quality assurance score while supporting rapidly evolving releases.

I lead defect triage, file technical bugs, and extract system logs to help engineering teams resolve issues faster. I also onboard and train QA teammates remotely, using survey data and observation metrics to create targeted quality improvement plans.

Earlier at Accenture, I investigated Trust & Safety issues with 100% audit accuracy, supported a team of 20 analysts as an SME, and tested internal QA workflow tools. My experience also includes independently managing end-to-end studio operations, client relationships, scheduling, and compliance.
