I lead Transportation & Logistics at Newmont Ghana Limited, managing end-to-end logistics for corporate mining clients, customs import/export operations, OOG project cargo, tenders, tracking, invoicing, and supply chain delivery.

Across Newmont, Antrak Logistics, Bolloré Africa Logistics, Panalpina, Niledutch, and Supermaritime, I’ve built more than 18 years of experience in shipping, clearing and forwarding, export/import management, and maritime commercial operations. I combine operational detail with business development, using market intelligence, sales strategies, and stakeholder networks to grow business in Ghana’s mining and maritime sectors.

I’ve reduced freight and logistics costs by over USD 400,000 through cargo consolidation and transport-mode selection. I also partnered with Newmont’s Supply Chain team to exceed a 95% demurrage savings target and delivered monthly sales-volume growth of 40–50% at Tema Container Terminal, contributing 1.5 million in revenue in 2018.

I work closely with clients, suppliers, regulators, shipping lines, and industry stakeholders to maintain service levels, manage risk, and keep operations moving. I bring practical knowledge of ICUMS, CEPS entries, ERP processes, procurement, inventory planning, and QHSE and FCPA standards.
