I’m a healthcare professional with 5+ years of experience across pediatric private practice, school-based, and teletherapy settings. I’m known for keeping processes organized, ensuring accuracy, and using data to support effective decision-making—especially when timelines, documentation, and compliance matter.

In my work, I complete assessments, develop targeted goals based on performance data, and maintain documentation that meets insurance and regulatory requirements. I manage communication-only IEPs to keep services compliant and on track, review documentation and services to ensure they meet compliance standards, and use student data to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs adjustment.

I bring a strong collaborative approach—working with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing records, and making sure services are appropriate for patient/student needs. On top of caseload demands (50–60 students), I balance high-volume organization with careful case management, ongoing progress monitoring, and clear communication between families, teachers, and team members. I’m currently expanding into process improvement through Lean Six Sigma (in progress), aiming to keep therapy delivery efficient while still protecting quality, accuracy, and measurable outcomes.
