Leonor Salgado
@leonorsalgado
Bilingual fundraising and development officer building culturally responsive donor growth and community impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual strategic collaborator who builds relationships to deliver sustainable, high-impact outcomes. My work centers on fundraising, community outreach, and cross-sector partnerships, with a systems-level mindset that aligns people, strategy, and resources for mission-aligned results.
In my current Development Officer role with Children’s Health, I drove growth for the Spanish Annual Giving Program, using donor data and giving trends to exceed $1.2M in total revenue for 2025. I’ve also launched and led Spanish-language initiatives—building a donor pipeline from no prior giving history, qualifying and cultivating new prospects, and stewarding 100+ donors/corporate and community partners across North Texas, including support for a $5B capital campaign.
