Leon Mingoen

At Baitali Group, I lead the rollout of a Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture that brings Finance, HR, and SCM data into one governed platform. I build Power BI dashboards for work orders, equipment inspections, and HSEQ audits using DAX and Power Query M.

I also automate operational processes with Power Automate, including NO GO alerts across seven equipment checklists, and built a five-screen Power Apps time-registration system on SharePoint. Alongside reporting work, I manage management information systems, map workflows with BPMN and UML, and connect business stakeholders with technical implementation.

Previously at DP World Paramaribo, I managed core port applications, production and test databases, system requirements, and Power BI analysis while supporting users and suppliers. My earlier systems administration work included hardware, software, Exact database environments, end-user support, and service desk operations.

I'm PL-300 certified and hold a Bachelor of Science in Business IT & Management. I continually research Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, architecture patterns, and Microsoft documentation to turn emerging data capabilities into practical solutions.
