I co-advised fintech startups on incorporation, licensing, and compliance, and established an Electronic Payment Services Provider for digital payment operations.
At HONDUBET GROUP, I directed legal, administrative, and compliance operations for digital gaming and payment businesses. I implemented AML/KYC procedures, supported licensing and governance, and prepared a privacy policy addressing Honduran law, CCPA, and GDPR.
At Aguilar Castillo Love, I worked across arbitration, commercial transactions, privacy, and regulatory compliance. As a junior associate on the ADR team, I helped secure defense victories in commercial arbitrations and managed proceedings that resulted in a favorable out-of-court settlement.
My work there also included co-leading a wind energy farm acquisition, negotiating cross-border franchise agreements, and advising on digital health and intellectual property matters. I’m a Honduran attorney with cross-border legal experience in corporate governance, compliance, arbitration, and commercial transactions.
