What I'm looking for

I seek roles in compliance or corporate legal teams where I can apply contract drafting, regulatory expertise, and debt-collection experience to support risk-managed growth and operational compliance.

I am a legal advisor with broad experience across corporate, commercial, banking, insurance, and administrative law, offering practical counsel to individuals and businesses. I combine transactional drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute-resolution skills to deliver results.

My practice includes drafting and reviewing contracts, issuing legal opinions on guarantees and asset matters, and managing extrajudicial and judicial debt-collection processes. I have supported loan formalization, guarantees management, and registry procedures within major financial institutions.

I have hands-on experience conducting legal and quality audits of external counsel and notaries, registry verification, lien cancellations, and assignments of credits, alongside insurance compliance and subrogation support. I also have background assisting arbitration, conciliation, and personal-injury matters.

I hold an LL.B. (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras) and complementary training in registral law, conciliation and arbitration, and APNFD/AML topics. I work well independently or in teams and prioritize timely, detail-oriented, compliance-focused legal solutions.
