I am looking for opportunities that allow me to innovate in curriculum design and support teacher development in a collaborative environment.

I am a cooperative, creative, problem-solving educator with over 10 years of experience in teaching, instruction, curriculum design, and English Language Arts intervention. Currently, I serve as an English Language Arts Instructional Coach at Green Dot Public Schools in Los Angeles, where I provide instructional coaching for both new and veteran teachers across five school sites in South Central Los Angeles.

Throughout my career, I have developed high-impact professional development programs covering a variety of topics, including Literature Circles, Thinking Maps, and Culturally Relevant Pedagogy. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my role as a Literacy Curriculum Specialist, where I received the highest ratings on the Universal Literacy Intervention evaluation rubric. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative environment that supports strategic plans related to ELA and ELD programs, ensuring that all students achieve their fullest potential.
