At Loft, I lead engineering teams across acquisition, customer operations, financial systems, and transactions. My work includes evolving the Financial Platform across receivables, invoicing, reconciliation, and ERP integration, as well as payment centralization and operational automation.
At Via, I led up to 40 engineers across four squads and supported seller payout flows for more than 100,000 merchants. Earlier at GX2 Tecnologia, I scaled the engineering organization from around 10 people to 35 and helped transform its software factory with agile practices and delivery metrics.
