As a Black Brazilian software architect, I am deeply passionate about C# and JavaScript, and I have embraced TypeScript in my work. My journey has taken me through various leadership roles, including my current position as Senior Engineering Manager at willbank. I believe in the power of Lean, DevOps, and Agile methodologies to create simple and effective software architectures that drive business success.

Throughout my career, I have held significant positions such as Head of Engineering at Medgrupo and Engineering Manager at Loft. My experience includes managing engineering teams, aligning software development with business objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. I am committed to Agile practices and have successfully led teams through transformations, improving efficiency and predictability in delivery.
