What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote Middle Java Backend Developer role focused on Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scalable event-driven backend systems.

I’m a Middle Java Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience in backend and mobile development, currently focused on building Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and database-backed systems.

I’ve worked on enterprise-level systems in healthcare, insurance, and real estate—driving audit log processing, PHI access monitoring, real-time risk calculation, and map-based real estate data management. I’m strong in designing maintainable backend services, optimizing database queries, and implementing asynchronous processing to improve reliability.

At EPAM Systems, I develop distributed, event-driven systems using AWS SQS/Lambda/SNS, secure services with Spring Security, JWT authentication and RBAC authorization, and support Docker/Kubernetes-based deployment workflows. I also maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and troubleshoot production issues with DevOps and QA teams, backing changes with unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Boot Test.
