I’m an Information Systems Engineer specializing in Salesforce, focused on CRM/ERP digital transformation and business process automation. I enjoy bridging functional analysis with hands-on configuration, development, and data-driven reporting.

During my Salesforce & HR Information Systems internship, I delivered a complete Salesforce HRIS that digitalized recruitment, employee records, contracts, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and reporting. I configured security (profiles, roles, sharing rules), built Dynamic Forms, and used test datasets to validate the solution across processes. I also automated HR workflows through 17 Salesforce Flows and created Experience Cloud portals, Lightning Web Components, and Apex controllers for public recruitment and employee self-service.

In another internship, I developed a PPE detection system using YOLOv8, reaching 94% accuracy and enabling real-time alert/alarm functionality for industrial safety compliance. I also designed a GIS safety application for zone mapping and plant facility visualization, including heatmaps, spatial analytics, and geospatial dashboards to support optimized safety interventions.

As a Data Analyst intern, I built interactive Power BI dashboards integrating the Procore API for real-time budget and resource tracking across 35+ projects. I implemented Random Forest cost prediction (R² = 0.87) and produced Matplotlib/Seaborn visualizations to support strategic decision-making, reinforced by strong predictive analytics work in academic projects.
