What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote healthcare support, patient care coordinator, or care navigator position. I want to apply my clinical knowledge, strong communication, and commitment to exceptional patient experiences.

I’m a Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 2 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care in long-term care and skilled nursing settings. I focus on protecting patient dignity and privacy while supporting quality outcomes through reliable, detail-oriented work.

I assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transfers, and mobility. I monitor and observe patient conditions, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain confidentiality while documenting care accurately.

I collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to strengthen care coordination, and I stay consistent with infection prevention and safety standards. I take pride in strong communication and building trusting relationships with patients and families.

Before my CNA role, I developed leadership and high-accuracy service skills as a Whataburger Manager/Team Leader—training and mentoring team members, managing fast-paced operations, and ensuring compliance. I’m also pursuing additional education through Dallas College’s Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) prerequisite coursework.
