At Monzo, I build iOS product experiences that help new customers find the most helpful and valuable parts of the app. I scaled its most resource-hungry feature 20x, built mobile authentication for an Open Banking payment system, and doubled main-account usage with Salary Sorter.
I also designed APIs, backend microservices, and reusable mobile components that deliver contextual help, reducing signup support contacts by 60%. I work from first principles, seek the big picture, and iterate strategically toward strong solutions.
Previously at Glucode, I led seven iOS engineers, modularised established applications, built Apple Health and WatchOS integrations, and delivered a new mobile product from its first line of code.
