At Credence Resource Management, I support Comcast’s telecom operations by building automation, reporting, and analytics solutions. My VB scripting automation in Artiva reduced manual processing time by approximately 35% for new business setup and collections workflows.

I design Power BI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring across five or more reporting layers, using MS SQL Server pipelines to maintain 100% data accuracy. My executive dashboards support more than 20 stakeholders across collections and billing teams.

I work with Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and AWS to turn large datasets into actionable business insights. I’ve performed statistical analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering on more than one million telecom customer records for predictive modelling initiatives.

I also built an end-to-end credit card consumption prediction pipeline using XGBoost, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to identify key consumption drivers. I communicate insights clearly through Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn visualisations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
