Founded and lead LE-X arkitekturë, delivering commercial, retail, residential, hospitality and public-realm projects, with particular experience in renovation and refurbishment work. Lead projects from briefing through completion, including design strategy, technical documentation, consultant and contractor coordination, and site delivery.

Established an independent website publishing weekly architectural news, covering projects, products, events, and competitions.

Founded ONUP Platform as an independent architecture and culture organisation. Developed it as a long-term, part-time initiative bringing together architecture news, project features, products, events and competition information relevant to Kosovo's built-environment community.

Led editorial curation and publishing for ONUP Magazine, the publication of ONUP Platform. Shaped coverage of architecture, design, cities, projects, products, events and competitions, helping connect professional practice, public dialogue and emerging architecture in Kosovo.

Assisted in preparing scope of works and tender documents for construction and maintenance projects.
