What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a junior solutions engineering or technical support role, ideally remote, where I can translate technical issues for users and collaborate with IT and engineering teams.

I've built Nihongo Hero, a mobile-first Japanese learning PWA, led its four-person development team, designed its database architecture, and integrated the VoiceVox TTS API. I also independently own Jidou Navi's frontend, backend, and mobile deployment, with the app available on Google Play.

For El Alto, I rebuilt a family cabin rental website with a smart WhatsApp inquiry flow, CMS-based price updates, and Google Analytics, addressing an 80% incomplete inquiry rate. My four years in Japan's hospitality industry strengthened my ability to manage high-volume systems, troubleshoot with IT teams, and support users in English, Japanese, and Spanish.
