Some of the most relevant things I worked on include:
- Optimized existing services, reducing request times from 10–20 seconds to milliseconds in some cases.
- Improved frontend performance by up to 56% by introducing techniques such as pagination, code splitting, virtualization, memoization, and more.
- Improved backend performance by up to 95% by introducing techniques such as eager loading, bulk operations, asynchronous processing and database de-normalization.
- Worked around pricing and subscription entities integrated with Stripe.
- Served as a technical consultant for a React/Ruby on Rails project, performing code reviews and helping the team architect the codebase.
- Integrated Google Analytics into a highly concurrent marketplace application.
- Developed both frontend and backend for a marketplace and provider management platform, creating highly interactive interfaces and robust backend services that supported thousands of daily users efficiently and securely.
- Led a frontend training program for junior React developers.
- Wrote and reviewed coding challenges for aspiring fullstack developers using React and Ruby on Rails, and conducted interviews as part of the candidate selection process.
- Contributed to the core team developing a Salesforce integration, as well as dashboards and interfaces, for a Sales Engineering startup in an agile environment.
