At MGA Mineração e Geologia Aplicada LTDA, I designed and built an internal BPMS from the ground up, taking it from system design through deployment with Laravel 12 and React Native (Expo). I also established a Docker-based development and deployment workflow.

At Media.Monks, I set architecture and engineering direction for a web department of 80+ engineers and helped define standards for distributed web systems. I also supported technical decisions on web analytics projects and improved developer workflows with Docker and Docker Compose.
At Calina Marketing Digital, I built and scaled the engineering function and developed a Laravel automation platform that reduced onboarding time by 75%. I also designed an analytics and tag-implementation platform that became the company's second most profitable business unit.
