What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to create and manage customer-focused content, coordinate people and workflows, and use my independent, flexible approach in a mission-driven or service-oriented organization.

At Booky Call, I write, edit, and publish book summaries for independent publishers and authors while curating a bi-weekly newsletter of paid book promotions.

I manage staffing assignments, client billing, submissions, content scheduling, social media calendars, and customer service. My work across start-ups and nonprofits has strengthened my flexibility, self-motivation, and independent work style.

As a travel planner with Visit Mickey Vacations, I support domestic and international guests by coordinating itineraries, reservations, and travel details.

Previously, I spent 15 years creating pet care content for Embrace Pet Insurance’s online library, The Water Bowl, alongside newsletters, product reviews, CEO blog posts, and veterinarian-submitted article editing. I also managed foster care volunteers and animal-care staffing at Cleveland Animal Protective League.
