What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive, team-based role where I can run evidence-informed therapy groups and one-on-one sessions, use expressive arts to deepen client meaning and coping, and grow through strong supervision and clear goals.

I’m a therapist trained in clinical mental health counseling with an expressive arts therapy specialization, and I bring a mix of empathy, high analytical thinking, and strong self-motivation to every client interaction. I’ve supported individuals through weekly one-on-one sessions, structured documentation, and coordinated care focused on real progress.

In outpatient, inpatient, and addiction treatment settings, I’ve facilitated expressive therapy, psychoeducational, and group sessions, and I’ve helped clients build insight and coping skills through carefully organized treatment activities. I’m comfortable updating treatment plans, writing progress notes, completing required paperwork, and collaborating with teams through regular meetings and supervision.

Alongside clinical work, I’ve taught English and tutored in psychology and writing, so I naturally translate complex ideas into clear, supportive learning. I’m driven by research-informed practice and a genuine desire to help others—especially through meaningful, creative, and well-structured communication.
