I’m a finance professional specializing in financial modelling and valuation—especially DCF valuation, relative valuation, and three-statement modelling—to support high-accuracy forecasts and investment decisions across multiple sector portfolios. I build and review detailed cash-flow and valuation models for investments and capital projects, using advanced scenario and sensitivity analysis to strengthen returns and overall bankability. I also advise on tender design and financial parameters for DISCOMs, government stakeholders, and C&I clients, helping align assumptions and evaluation methodologies with deal objectives.

In my current role as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (May 2025 – Present), I lead development and review of transaction-grade models for competitive bids and capital deployment, including project acquisitions and sell-side evaluations. At Sembcorp Green Infra Limited (September 2022 – April 2025) as a Senior Analyst, I performed equity valuations, conducted DCF valuations for capital-intensive renewable projects, and supported capital restructuring and debt sculpting to improve project returns. Across engagements, I’ve translated complex financing and lifecycle cost considerations into clearer pricing, stronger feasibility, and decision-ready insights for investment committees and client presentations.
