What I'm looking for

I seek a pediatric clinical role where I can lead QI projects, translate research into practice, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve patient outcomes.

I am a pediatric clinical dietitian with expertise in oncology and neonatal intensive care, combining evidence-based nutrition therapy with family-centered care. I lead quality improvement initiatives and develop clinical guidelines that reduce complications and readmissions.

My background includes a Master of Nutrition with a dietetic internship and hands-on experience implementing feeding guidelines, publishing research, and presenting findings at professional meetings. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate research into practice.

I am motivated by measurable improvements in patient outcomes and streamlined clinical workflows, and I take pride in mentoring colleagues, coordinating task forces, and driving department-level change.
