Lauren Ayres

I am a registered nurse with progressive clinical and supervisory experience in behavioral health and long-term care settings. I currently serve as a Registered Nurse/House Supervisor, coordinating staffing, admissions, discharges, and safety across hospital units.

In my supervisor role I manage unit staffing, work closely with intake, clinical services and case management, and partner with administration to maintain safety and incident reporting. As a floor/charge nurse I coordinate 12-hour shifts, run treatment team meetings, perform nursing assessments, and manage medication administration for the entire shift.

Previous positions include Registered Nurse Supervisor at a nursing center—handling admission reviews, medication administration, and wound care—and charge nurse duties at a county correctional facility with sick call coordination and medical intakes. I also have front-desk and customer-facing experience from hospitality work.

I bring strengths in medication administration, behavioral de-escalation, documentation, Epic, and staff supervision, and I am committed to patient safety, privacy, and collaborative care coordination.
