Julie Roseberry

I am a board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse with over nine years of progressive clinical and leadership experience in hospital and skilled nursing settings. I have served as a Charge RN and Nurse Manager, leading staff meetings, evaluating performance, and participating in hospital committees to improve patient experience and quality of care.

My clinical practice includes acute, critical, and chronic care across behavioral health and medical-surgical settings, with expertise in patient assessment, care planning, wound care, medication management, BLS/ACLS interventions, and use of Epic and PCC systems. I routinely provide education to staff, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and manage administrative duties related to staffing, budgeting, and unit goals.

I am committed to patient-centered care and professional development, leveraging leadership and communication skills to improve outcomes and support teams. I am willing to relocate to Seminole County, FL and authorized to work in the US for any employer.
