What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a childcare role where I can provide kind, secure support, plan creative play, and use consistent behaviour management—within clear regulations—so children can grow positively and families feel confident.

I’m a Childcare professional who brings a smile and a can-do attitude to nursery care, supporting children’s development through positive play and supervision. Across my roles, I’ve built safe, trusting relationships with children and family members while staying organised in hectic routines.

In my childcare work, I use effective behaviour management to create positive, productive environments, and I maintain comprehensive child learning records to share growth and improvement with key caregivers. I also initiate creative activities—such as crafts, paintings, drawings, paper crafts, and decorations—to support gross and fine motor skills and overall enjoyment.

I take compliance seriously, operating strictly within Tusla regulations and relevant company legislation for continued company compliance.
