Laura Sampson

I’ve been a coach, mentor, leader, counselor, mediator, trainer, and compliance reviewer for over 42 years in Real Estate. I bring a steady, people-first approach to helping others perform at their best while staying grounded in policy and professionalism.

Since 2016, I’ve worked as a Business Owner, Broker/Coach/Mentor in Greenville, SC. Before that, I was licensed in New York, New Jersey, TN, GA and SC from March 1987 to 2016, building deep experience across states and client needs.

Alongside real estate leadership, I also completed Paralegal Studies/Certification and worked in freelance/self-employed paralegal work in New York from 1995 to 2011. That legal foundation strengthens how I handle legal research and contract negotiations with clarity and confidence.

I enjoy training, motivating, interviewing, and developing talent—bringing structure to recruitment and selection, classroom-style coaching, and community outreach. Authorized to work in the US for any employer, I’m ready to lead, mentor, and support teams with compliance-minded guidance.
