At Dusi Innovation, I lead design strategy and service design engagements for global corporations, public institutions, and international development organizations. I take work from research planning and problem framing through synthesis and the visual frameworks clients use to make decisions.
For Sicredi’s financial education programs, I led mixed-method research into which audiences the initiatives reached and whether their formats and channels fit member profiles. I delivered audience and behaviour mapping, a channel-by-product matrix, a value map, and strategic directions for a redesigned learning journey.
At Flutter Innovation, I led research and journey mapping for Ambev’s brewery operations. Working with more than 70 people across operations, management, and technology, I delivered six operator journeys, six design drivers, and nine opportunity areas to guide what the client built next.
I’ve also taught design and innovation to public-sector professionals and facilitated workshops for corporate and government teams. My work includes co-authoring the Designing Desirable Futures methodology at Echos and earning an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons.
