LaToyna Millner
@latoynamillner
I build community programs, events, and creative products from concept through delivery.
What I'm looking for
I've spent nearly a decade supporting municipal service delivery at the City of Richmond Department of Utilities, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Remote Operations Supervisor. I coordinated operations across call center, remote, and public-facing environments while connecting residents to utility assistance, financial support, senior resources, and community programs.
I resolve complex resident escalations and use service metrics, workflow analysis, and customer feedback to improve operations. I've developed standardized procedures, supported a new CRM implementation, and served as a subject matter expert for IssueTrak ticketing and workflow management.
Outside municipal government, I founded the Mavahi Giveback Association and grew an annual gathering into an ongoing scholarship initiative. I lead fundraising, donor outreach, partnerships, event logistics, communications, and alumni engagement.
I'm also the founder and creative designer of T’z Strawberry Boutique, where I turn customer ideas into customized apparel, gifts, décor, hats, patches, and specialty merchandise. From sourcing and design through production, pricing, promotion, and delivery, I move creative products from concept to completion.
