Build internal tools to automate administrative workflows for teachers and staff, and manage campus IT infrastructure including network, VLANs, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and JAMF-managed iPad fleet.

Built configuration and reprocessing flows for automation rules, order filters, printing setup, and batch labels on a large logistics SaaS. Improved perceived performance in key workflows by ~30-40% by reducing unnecessary re-renders.

Built a Next.js web app with dashboards, forums, webinars, and profile management, integrating REST APIs. Engineered real-time chat and role-based authentication, and self-service account management that reduced support requests.

Maintained the PHP backend of a laptop e-commerce platform, making product-data scraping and imports more reliable with Goutte, and fixed performance and stability issues.

Built and rebuilt websites for international clients using WordPress, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, focusing on accessibility and SEO, with a 96% on-time completion rate.

Pursuing an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering with a thesis on evaluating the reliability and explainability of LLM-generated SEO keyword recommendations.
