What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level position where I can use my knowledge and skills to contribute to an organization’s success, grow, and contribute effectively in a dynamic work environment.

At Madhumeha Healthcare (Sister Concern Company Of Madhumeha), I handled end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing and statutory compliance for ESI, PF, Gratuity, and Bonus.

I also managed employee onboarding, leave administration, salary fixation, and CTC preparation. My work included maintaining HR documentation and employee data, managing benefits, and handling full and final settlements.

During my HR internship at Texport Syndicate Unit – B3F, I assisted with HRIS data and payroll operations, maintained employee files, and supported leave and timesheet administration. I hold a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management from Sir MV PG Center, University of Mysore, and am seeking an entry-level position where I can contribute my knowledge and skills while continuing to grow.
