At Sustainable India Finance Facility (SIFF), in collaboration with RySS-APCNF, I contribute to carbon project implementation through field assessments, data collection, validation, and analysis. I also support MRV processes for climate-resilient agriculture and sustainable land use.
My doctoral research at SHUATS focused on forest resource management. I assessed carbon pools across stratified forest plots and mapped carbon density using Sentinel-2, Landsat-8, NDVI, and Google Earth Engine.
I delivered seven GIS maps to the forest department and have published research on forest plant diversity, soil quality, biomass, and carbon storage in Andhra Pradesh. My work connects field measurements with geospatial analysis and carbon accounting.
My forestry training also included biodiversity surveys, forest inventory, ecological monitoring, and soil quality assessment. I’ve applied tissue culture techniques to Bacopa monnieri and gained practical exposure to commercial floriculture and protected cultivation.
