I've maintained 100% on-time performance across active government contracts while developing standardized administration, vendor management, quality control, and operating procedures that support scalable growth.

I negotiate subcontract agreements, pricing, scopes of work, and performance expectations, and serve as the liaison among government Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Previously at NetWorth Realty of Inland Empire, I negotiated purchase agreements and coordinated residential real estate transactions through closing, managing documentation, inspections, contractors, escrow, title companies, and deadlines.
