At Akzo Nobel, I develop and adjust color formulations for architectural paints, build new color banks, and benchmark colors through point-of-sale visits.
I support quality processes through RFT indicator management, portfolio maintenance, predictive stability and shelf-life analysis of dispersions, and root-cause analysis for market complaints. I also help qualify raw materials during shortages and optimize formulas to improve industrial processes while reducing rework and waste.
With a Chemical Engineering background and ongoing MBA in Project Management, I bring an analytical, multidisciplinary approach to colorimetry, rheology, data analysis, and cross-functional project coordination.
