What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead packaging and process validation using Lean Six Sigma and data analysis, partner cross-functionally, and drive measurable continuous-improvement results that strengthen quality, safety, and cost competitiveness.

I’m a Packaging Development Analyst (R&D) focused on validating packaging performance for makeup brands, evaluating construction, materials, chemical/physical resistance, and ensuring compatibility with bulk, quality, product safety, and consumer experience. I work end-to-end in new product development—from conception to final validation—partnering with Marketing, Formulation Development, Product Engineering, and Supplies.

Previously, I led process standardisation and continuous improvement in injection and printing for plastic packaging, handling production and scrap data analysis, pre-press cost control, and investigation of customer complaints. I also drove measurable results, including a project that increased lid machine productivity by more than R$100,000 and a 20% reduction in blanket costs by dimension standardisation and waste elimination.

Earlier, as a Field Service Technician, I supported installation, commissioning, validation, and qualification of solid medicine packaging lines and delivered technical reports in English and Portuguese, including SATs. I’m trained for line operations and problem-solving (including Mediseal and Wipotec-OCS in Germany) and I bring that same leadership and continuous-improvement mindset to every team I work with.
