Lara Baki

I've built practical software projects spanning web development, databases, machine learning, and games. During my internship with Lebanon & Gulf Bank, I worked with the Development and Information Security teams and co-developed a safe box management system for internal users.

I've collaborated on projects including a multiplayer Battleship game in C, the Afterthoughts philosophy journal website, Ink & Quill bookstore database, license plate detection, stroke prediction, and a Farm RPG in Unity. I also independently developed Melqart, an online clothing-store website where users can shop and submit custom design requests.

I'm completing a Computer Science degree at the American University of Beirut and have completed Amazon's Industry Program 4.0 Bootcamp in the Software Development track.

Alongside technical work, I've supported Computing for Business labs as a TA assistant, written for AUB Outlook Newspaper, coordinated HEXA Book Club activities, and volunteered at AUB events and with MMKN.
