At Customer Elation, I architected a real-time customer analytics platform processing more than 50 million web, mobile, transactional, and subscription events daily. I built CDC pipelines with PostgreSQL, Debezium, and Apache Kafka, plus Flink applications for sessionization, enrichment, behavioral aggregation, and real-time KPIs.

I design lakehouse and warehouse platforms that make customer intelligence usable across product, marketing, and executive teams. My Apache Iceberg lakehouse on Amazon S3 supports schema evolution, historical replay, and petabyte-scale analytics, while Snowflake and dbt layers deliver analytics-ready datasets.

Previously at Subscription Ink, I modernized batch ETL into event-driven analytics and reduced reporting latency from more than eight hours to under ten minutes. I also built Customer 360 datasets, established governance and observability standards, automated infrastructure with Terraform, and mentored data engineers.

Earlier, I built multi-terabyte Spark pipelines at Digital Media Solutions and Python backend services for a high-volume e-commerce platform at Retail Industry Leaders Association. Across 11+ years, I’ve focused on reliable, scalable systems for streaming data, customer analytics, and cloud-native operations.
