I'm currently processing managed care and medically necessary vision claims for EyeMed Vision Care (Luxottica), validating eligibility, provider documentation, payments, and remittance advice across Cura, FileBound, Facets, and Zelis.

I investigate claim discrepancies, manage denials, corrections, resubmissions, reprocessing, override requests, and pre-pay reviews. I've also supported new client claim configuration validation, production readiness, and issue resolution with business, QA, and technical teams.

Previously, I tested Guidewire Claims Center and Salesforce CRM applications for GEICO, including claims data migration and insurance transactions. I created test plans and cases, ran functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing, and tracked defects through closure in Azure DevOps.
