I’m an analytical professional with a B.S. in Information Technology and 8+ years of experience in Aetna/CVS claims operations. I bring a strong background in ACAS claims adjudication, benefits validation, and quality assurance—turning complex claim data into clear, testable outcomes.

In my current role supporting ACAS testing and QA, I perform end-to-end validation of claims, execute testing of claims scenarios and benefit configurations, and identify defects to support resolution efforts. I also conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve claims accuracy through more reliable detection.

Earlier, as a Claims Analyst, I analyzed and adjudicated complex claims, validated benefits and outcomes, and investigated discrepancies using data analysis. Across roles, I focused on executing claim adjustments with accuracy while driving process improvements and workflow optimization.

What I value most is rigorous testing and data-backed decisions: developing and running test scenarios, assessing risk and issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve problems efficiently.
