I am looking for a creative, challenging engineering team role where I can apply deep VoIP and telephony expertise, mentor others, and continue technical growth in reliable communication systems.

I am a Staff Engineer with more than 20 years of industry experience focused on VoIP, telephony, and real-time communications. I have built server-side telephony, client gateways, speech recognition integrations, and media gateways for healthcare and enterprise systems.

My technical strengths include C/C++/VC++, Java, Python, SIP/SDP, RTP, MRCP, and secure transport protocols such as SRTP and TLS. I have hands-on experience with codecs, Wireshark tools, SipP, UML, RDBMS, and Agile methodologies.

Throughout my career I have held senior engineering roles at multiple communications companies including work on IP PBX softswitches, call stacks, signaling, security, and unified messaging solutions. I took a five-year break for personal development, family time, and volunteering while continuing to learn new skills.
