What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a junior frontend development role where I can contribute my frontend fundamentals, analytical problem-solving, and reliable technical support skills.

My academic work has given me exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, along with foundational Git experience. I’m seeking to apply these frontend fundamentals in a junior development role.

At Care Crew Pvt Ltd, I supported day-to-day technical issues across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, user access, and network connectivity. I tracked incidents and service requests, documented resolutions, and escalated issues beyond first- and second-line support.

For an academic analytics project, I used Python for data extraction and processing, conducted sentiment analysis, and presented findings with Tableau visualizations. My MSc dissertation examined cybersecurity and data privacy in finance and banking.
