I am a full-stack web developer and Azure MDM/Intune support engineer with hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, cloud deployments, and enterprise device management. I bring practical customer-service experience from high-pressure contact center roles, which strengthens my technical support and communication skills.
At Microsoft I supported Intune and Endpoint Manager, assisting with device enrollment, policy configuration, compliance, app deployment troubleshooting, and managing endpoints via Azure AD. As a web developer I built applications using Next.js, Three.js, and TypeScript, integrated PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and deployed apps to cloud and VPS environments.
I continuously expand my technical skillset through active learning and real projects, maintain documentation and collaborative workflows with engineering teams, and focus on delivering reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that meet client and enterprise requirements.
