I’m a senior .NET developer with 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise-grade web applications. I’ve worked across customer communication, workflow automation, CRM, and business platform domains, delivering API-driven solutions in Agile environments.

At Cisco, I’ve led end-to-end full-stack development for enterprise workflow orchestration and customer communication platforms, including CI/CD adoption and ongoing production support. I delivered customer-specific workflow implementations on the IMIConnect platform using APIs, webhooks, decision nodes, wait conditions, email, and SMS, and built scalable ASP.NET Core APIs plus Angular/React modules for high-volume engagement systems. I also drove application modernization, including dependency analysis, framework upgrades, technical debt reduction, and maintainability improvements, while resolving SonarQube vulnerabilities and enforcing secure coding practices.

Earlier roles strengthened my breadth: I supported tenant onboarding and enhanced message lifecycle tracking for Cisco Webex Engage, and I delivered relocation and CRM licensing workflows through request management, quotation workflows, stored procedures, and UI/service updates.
