I’m an energetic, eager-to-learn professional combining data-entry accuracy with practical IT knowledge. I bring strong written communication, document creation skills, and a solid understanding of PC software and hardware.

In my role as a Data-Entry Clerk (PVT Hotel, Kandy), I supported day-to-day operations by maintaining computers and maintaining relations with suppliers. I also coached a junior Ice Hockey team, which strengthened my reliability, coordination, and willingness to take responsibility.

My education reflects my broad interests: a Diploma in Information Technology, a Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality, and Networking and cyber security engineering studies (with a Cisco CCNA international exam pending). I also completed courses including Enterprise Resource Planning and Project Management, and I’m building programming capability through a Dp python programing course.

I’m especially motivated to work in an organized environment where I can use my data-entry and customer service strengths while continuing to develop new technical skills—whether that’s IT support, networking/cybersecurity, or process-focused roles in operations.
