What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute my banking operations experience to a growth-oriented organization and build a long-term career in banking and financial services.

At IEnergizer, where I support Santander, I perform KYC verification and validate customer documents. I also process vehicle-case bills and invoices and keep case records and system updates accurate.

At Randstad India Private Limited, seconded to Barclays, I executed mortgage rate switch cases and verified account details, rate expiry, and product eligibility. I maintained Salesforce documentation and handled case exceptions.
