At ESTARTA, I provide enterprise-level security support for SABIC’s network infrastructure, with primary responsibility for Cisco firewall technologies. I configure and troubleshoot Firepower Threat Defense and Firepower Management Center environments, and investigate complex security incidents.
For ESTARTA’s work with Expo City Dubai, I supported infrastructure operations across networking, security, cloud, and systems. I monitored services and security alerts, supported virtual machines and backup operations, and contributed to infrastructure changes and documentation.
At ESTARTA’s Cisco TAC Security Team, I provided technical support for Cisco Firepower Threat Defense and Firepower Management Center. I analyzed packet captures and system logs to resolve escalated issues involving access control, NAT, VPN, and intrusion policies.
As Expert Technical Consulting Engineer – Team Leader – Firewall Team, I monitored team KPIs and developed plans to meet targets. I also prepared new hires through technical training and development plans, and use Python, PowerShell, and APIs to automate infrastructure and network operations.
