I've spent 15 years at RBC advancing from frontline banking to managing client credit structures across Private Personal and Business Banking and Wealth Management. I structure and execute more than $100M annually in lending transactions, including term loans, revolving facilities, secured lending, refinancing, renewals, and amendments.
I assess borrower financial strength, repayment capacity, collateral, leverage, cash flow, and overall risk to make sound credit decisions within delegated lending authority. I prepare detailed credit memoranda, monitor portfolio exposure and covenant compliance, and partner with Risk Management, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant lending solutions.
I've also mentored junior analysts, supported audit and regulatory reviews, and improved underwriting consistency and documentation quality while maintaining strong client service.
