At Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, I lead underwriting and execution for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities ranging from C$100MM to over C$1B across a ~C$6B Technology, Media, Telecom and Healthcare portfolio.

I build bottom-up credit analysis, financial models, cash flow forecasts, leverage and coverage assessments, and executive-ready credit memoranda. My transaction experience includes MDA Space’s announced acquisitions of Blue Canyon Technologies and Collecte Localisation Satellites, as well as Dye & Durham’s comprehensive refinancing.

I work closely with Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Markets teams to shape financing solutions, pitchbooks, and client relationships. I also lead and mentor junior team members and have been recognized as a peer mentor for analysts and interns.

Earlier, I produced internal credit ratings and risk assessments at Scotiabank and supported the launch of Credit360, a digitized underwriting and portfolio-management platform. I began in CIBC Capital Markets’ Global Investment Banking Client Management Group, preparing strategic client materials and capital-markets reporting.
