Laiba Shakeel
@laibashakeel
I build scalable workforce platforms, APIs, and AI-powered SaaS workflows.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At EL Connect, I lead backend and full stack development for an enterprise workforce and job management platform serving employers, freelancers, and administrators.
I've designed more than 100 REST APIs across job management, billing, payroll, reporting, messaging, and administrative workflows. By optimizing MySQL queries, indexing, Redis caching, pagination, and backend processes, I've reduced application and API response times by up to 70%.
I led the migration of Laravel modules to Node.js and Express.js while building the next-generation platform with scalable MVC architecture, MySQL, Drizzle ORM, and Vue.js. I also integrated Xero, Firebase FCM, Twilio WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Maps, and OpenAI-powered features into production workflows.
I'm also building a multi-tenant AI workflow automation SaaS with Laravel, React, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and Docker. I enjoy mentoring developers, reviewing code, and collaborating across product, QA, design, and stakeholder teams in Agile delivery.
