I’m an accounting professional with 6+ years of experience, including several years supporting US-based companies remotely. I own the full-cycle close—month-end and year-end—handling journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting across multi-entity environments, with a focus on catching issues early and communicating clearly with leadership.

In my most recent role, I managed full-cycle accounting for 5 US LLCs in QuickBooks Online under US GAAP, ran AP end-to-end through Bill.com, reconciled bank/credit card/Stripe/intercompany balances, and prepared monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow with variance analysis. I also built rolling weekly cash flow forecasts in Google Sheets, maintained W-9 records to support 1099 preparation, supervised 2 bookkeepers, and led migrations of multiple companies into QBO while integrating Bill.com and Gusto. Along the way, I strengthened internal controls by writing SOPs from scratch and supported ISO-focused audit readiness, including ERP and workflow migrations.
